# Gérer ses groupes d'appels

Dans cette section, nous allons aborder les groupes d'appel. Ceux-ci permettent de regrouper tous les usagers d'un même service sous un numéro unique. Vous avez également la possibilité de suspendre temporairement ce numéro si nécessaire.
