# Mots de passe

Un mot de passe est un moyen simple de s'assurer de l'identité numérique d'une personne qui se connecte à un service numérique : ordinateur, site web, application.

<p class="callout info">Suite à la décision ministérielle d'avril 2024, les mots de passe des utilisateurs via les différents accès devront comporter 12 caractères avec 4 classes différentes (lettres majuscules et minuscules, chiffres et caractères spéciaux).</p>

<p class="callout warning">A compter de la rentrée 2026, **les élèves devront obligatoirement utiliser leur compte EduConnect pour accéder à Métice**.  
Leur compte local "Scribe" utilisé pour ouvrir une session sur un poste de l'établissement ne permettra plus d'accéder à Métice.</p>
